1. Why are your prices so low?

We aim to provide our customers the most savings by cutting costs in other areas of the business as it allows. For example, as an online store only we don't have the costs associated with a brick and mortar. Another example is we have moved away from doing traditional photoshoots that we would normally pay for, to using stock photos and in house photo shoots. These are examples of how cutting expenses, cuts prices for you.

1. What is processing and shipping time?

Normal processing time for orders is between 2 and 10 business days. Orders usually get processed sooner than 10 business days but it depends on a number of factors. We have 2 day flat rate shipping which gets your order to you quickly once order is processed.

1. Where do your clothes come from?

We get our clothes from a number of different vendors and companies both in the U.S and abroad.

2. What is your return policy?

Currently, there is no refund or exchange  EXCEPT in the event that your items were sent out damage or defected. In the event that this occurs, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package - that is within 48 hours of your tracking number indicating your package was delivered. Because of our no return policy, we ask that you pay close attention to the item you're ordering and any suggestions we provide on the fit of the item. 

3. What is your shipping method?

We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is currently offered at a flat rate of $6.00. It doesn't matter if you order 1 item or 100 items. The shipping cost will remain the same.

 4.  What is the Free Local Pickup Policy?

We have the free local pickup option for customers who live in Yonkers, NY and would like to pickup their item instead of having it shipped to them. With this option, customers can pickup their items AFTER order has been processed. This option DOES NOT override the processing time of 2-10 business days for your order to be ready. Orders placed using local pickup MUST be picked up within 30 days or the order will be cancelled and charged a $20 restocking fee or 75% of the order price, whichever is less. 

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 239 countries! Rates are calculated at checkout.

6. Do you carry Plus Size? 

Some items have extended sizing but not all. Although you do not see a Plus Size section on the site currently, we are in the processing of researching and gathering, plus size styles. We want to make sure we are providing quality clothing at reasonable prices, so please bare with us as we get it right.
